IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Emergency Contact Information is essential.
In case of an emergency contact details are retained in the school office. They are completed at the time of a student's enrolment.
Parents are asked to update the information at the commencement of the new school year and notify the office of any changes throughout the year.
This can be achieved by either ringing the school on 02 4621 1733 and a Change of Details Form can be sent home or click on the attached file, fill it out and then send it back to school. Please only enter the information you wish to change.Change of Detail Form (pdf 87 KB)
